The Technique Training Belt is specifically designed to promote good stroke technique in all aspects of your swimming. The tool is constructed of two rubber cords, one for each arm, that are attached to a nylon hip belt. The cords provide resistance against the arms, forcing the swimmer to put their hands, arms, and body in the ideal swimming position. A soft neoprene ring at the end of each cord loops around the finger or thumb for a comfortable and secure attachment.
In Backstroke, the Technique Training Belt helps prevent bent arms and crossing-over the head during the recovery phase.
In Freestyle, the device encourages a proper acceleration through the pull phase, while increasing hip rotation.
